Miki Redelinghuys is an award winning documentary filmmaker who believes in the power of film for change. Her recent film, This Land, screened across the country as part of the national dialogue on land rights and structural inequality. She recently completed a Masters in Documentary Arts at UCT with Social Impact as a focus. She serves as co-chair of the Documentary Filmmakers’ Association of South Africa where she launched the docLOVE initiative and co-ordinates the DFA Covid-19 Short Film Grant which will showcase at Encounters.
